Briefly, and without the legalese: whatever you send us through the form is used to reply to you and to agree the work. We do nothing else with it and we sell it to nobody.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Lukáš Šlehobr, business ID (IČO) 21232008, who runs this website. Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
On anything concerning your data, you can reach me at [email protected] or on 734 429 177.
What data, and why
Through the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, possibly an e-mail address, the place where the work is to be done and a description of what you need. We collect nothing else through the site.
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name, phone, e-mail | So that we can reply and arrange a date | Steps prior to a contract, at your request |
| Location and description of the job | To estimate the price and know what tools to bring | Steps prior to a contract, at your request |
| Details on a tax document | Issuing and archiving accounting records | Compliance with a legal obligation |
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not turn into a job is deleted as soon as it is clear there will be no work — within one year at the latest. Where we do work together, we keep the details for as long as the warranty and any complaints require. Accounting records are archived for the period the law sets.
Who can get to it
We pass nothing on for marketing purposes. By the nature of running the site, the following have technical access:
- Web3Forms — the service that sends the contents of the form to our e-mail. It delivers the message and does not keep it.
- The hosting provider — which runs the server the site sits on.
- The e-mail provider — whose mailbox the enquiry arrives in.
Data may further be passed to our accountants and, in the event of a dispute, to legal counsel or a court.
Cookies and analytics
By default this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and gathers no statistics about your behaviour. That is also why it does not pester you with a consent banner — there is nothing to ask about.
What you can ask for
You can get in touch at any time and request:
- Access to the data we hold about you
- Correction, if something is wrong
- Erasure, where we no longer need to keep it
- Restriction of processing
- Portability of the data elsewhere
- To object to the processing
Just write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. If you feel we are handling your data badly, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, this page changes with it. The current wording is always here.
