Prague and Central Bohemia
We come,
we quote,
we fix it.
Water, heating, drains, tiling and masonry — for flats, houses, building associations and businesses. We handle a whole bathroom from demolition to grouting, so you don't have to line up three different trades. You know the price before we start.
- Price agreed up front
- We clean up after ourselves
Something needs fixing
A running toilet, a dripping tap, a blocked drain, a damp wall. We'll agree a time that suits you and turn up with what the job needs.
What we repairSend a photo with it — we can usually tell the type and age from one, and bring the right part straight away.
I'm planning a renovation
A new bathroom, replacement pipework, tiling, a heat pump. We'll come and look, work it out and send you a written quote.
Describe the jobThe site visit and the quote are free and without obligation. Take your time deciding.
What we do
From the pipes
to the tiles
Water, heating, drains, tiling and masonry all come from the same team. You won't need to book three separate trades and watch them blame each other when something doesn't line up.
Repairs & water leaks
Running toilets, dripping taps, a damp wall with no obvious cause. Hidden leaks we trace with instruments, not by opening up the bathroom.
Repairs & leaksWater & drainage
New and replacement pipework in flats, houses and apartment buildings. Old lead and galvanised steel swapped for plastic or copper, risers, mains connections.
Water & drainageBathrooms & sanitary
Basins, baths, shower enclosures, toilets, taps, water heaters. A single swap or a full refit from demolition to grouting.
Bathrooms & sanitaryHeat pumps
Design, supply and installation of air-to-water and ground-to-water systems. Tied into your existing heating, hot water and underfloor loops.
Heat pumpsUnderfloor heating
Wet systems for new builds and refurbishments. Manifolds, room-by-room controls, pressure test with a written record.
Underfloor heatingDrain cleaning
Jetting and powered augers. Blocked kitchen, bathroom, riser or underground run. Camera check to confirm it's clear.
Drain cleaningTiling
Bathrooms, kitchen splashbacks, terraces and stairs. Large format, mosaic, wet rooms — always with waterproofing underneath.
TilingMasonry
Taking out partitions, building new walls, plastering, plasterboard. We also make good the chases left by new pipework.
MasonryNot sure it's on the list? We also do radiators, water softeners, hot water circulation, garden pipework, connections for washing machines and dishwashers, plasterboard ceilings or grouting after someone else. Tell us what you need — and if it's not for us, we'll say so straight away.
How it works
No surprises
at the end
The usual complaint about tradespeople isn't the work — it's the bill nobody saw coming. So we keep to the same order every time: the price is on the table before the tools come out.
-
Step 01
You get in touch
By phone or through the form. Tell us what's going on — for a repair a few sentences and a photo will do, for a renovation the dimensions help too. A lot of it we can price over the phone.
-
Step 02
We come and look
We'll agree a time that works for you. The visit and the quote are free and without obligation — you don't have to decide on the spot.
-
Step 03
You get the price
Labour, materials, travel — itemised, not one number with no explanation. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it. If something extra turns up mid-job, we ring you before we touch it.
-
Step 04
We do the work
We turn up when we said we would. We sheet up the space and clean up after ourselves — and we'll take the old bath or water heater away, if you'd rather not deal with it.
-
Step 05
We hand it over
We'll show you what's where and how it works. On larger jobs you also get the pressure test record.
Pricing
What the price
is made of
Nobody can honestly give you a final figure over the phone — until you can see what's behind the wall, it's guesswork. What we can tell you is how the price is put together.
Item 01
Call-out
Getting to you and back. Charged once per visit, not per repair.
Item 02
Labour
We quote labour as a fixed sum, not an estimate that drifts. On renovations and installations you get it for the job as a whole, so you know where you stand.
Item 03
Materials
Pipes, fittings, taps, the pump itself. We bring them with us and they're always listed separately from labour.
Extra work doesn't appear quietly on the bill. If something turns up behind the tiles that wasn't in the quote, we ring you and agree it before we touch it.
Why us
We've grown
the team
Which means we can get to you sooner and take on bigger jobs than we used to have time for. How we look at the work hasn't changed: done properly, for the price agreed, and tidied up afterwards.

FAQ
Questions
we get a lot
What will the repair cost?
The price is made up of the call-out, labour and materials, and you get it before we start. For ordinary repairs we can usually estimate it over the phone; for bigger jobs you'll get an itemised quote after the site visit. Nothing happens until you've agreed to it.
How soon can you come?
We work by appointment, so we'll agree a date based on what's free and what suits you. You'll hear a realistic date on the phone — and if we're booked up for a while, we'll say that too, so you can look elsewhere.
Can you find a leak without knocking the wall about?
Usually, yes. We trace leaks with instruments — by the sound of escaping water, by moisture readings or with a thermal camera. Then we only open up the spot where the problem actually is, not the whole wall or floor.
Is a heat pump worth it in an older house?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — and we'll only know once we've seen it. It comes down to insulation, the type of heating system and how hot the water needs to run. A house with large radiators or underfloor loops suits a heat pump; an uninsulated one with old cast-iron radiators often doesn't. We'll tell you straight, even when it means no job for us.
